✅ Our Delivery Guarantee

• All tickets sold by TicketZone are authentic and sourced from official FIFA Ticketing channels.
• Your tickets will be transferred to your FIFA Ticketing account in full, as described at time of purchase.
• If TicketZone is unable to deliver the tickets you purchased for any reason on our part, you are entitled to a full refund — no questions asked.
• If your match is officially cancelled by FIFA (not postponed), you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid to TicketZone.

🔁 Standard Refund Terms

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances only:

• Non-delivery by TicketZone: If we fail to transfer valid tickets to your FIFA account within 24 hours of your confirmed FIFA details submission, you are entitled to a full refund.
• Official match cancellation: If FIFA officially cancels a match (not merely postpones), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid to TicketZone. Note: any face-value refund process is governed separately by FIFA's own policies.
• Incorrect transfer by TicketZone: If we transfer tickets for the wrong match, section, or row due to our error, we will either correct the transfer or issue a full refund at your choice.
• Duplicate charge: If you are charged more than once for the same order, the duplicate charge will be refunded within 2 business days.
• Fraudulent transaction: If a transfer was made from your account without your authorization, contact your bank and email us at refunds@ticketszone.online immediately.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Change of mind or personal scheduling conflicts after purchase.
• Incorrect FIFA account details submitted by the buyer that cause a failed or delayed transfer.
• Match postponement — postponed matches retain ticket validity per FIFA's policy.
• Buyer failure to accept the FIFA transfer within the available window before the 72-hour ticket lock.
• Loss of access to the buyer's FIFA account.
• Price differences — no price adjustments are offered if you find a lower price elsewhere after purchasing.
• Partial attendance — no refunds for leaving a match early or arriving late.
• Stadium or venue rule violations resulting in ejection or denied entry.

⏳ Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the bank account used for your Wire or ACH transfer. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is initiated.

Wire and ACH refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after approval, depending on your bank. The full timeline from approval to funds appearing in your account is typically 5–10 business days.

To request a refund under an eligible condition, contact our support team with your order reference number:

• Response time: We respond to all refund requests within 1 business day

Please do not initiate a chargeback before contacting us — we resolve eligible refund requests quickly and chargebacks create unnecessary delays for everyone.

⚖️ Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with their bank. Most issues are resolved within 1 business day when raised directly with us.

Chargebacks filed outside of our refund policy (e.g., for purchases where tickets were successfully delivered) will be contested with full delivery evidence including FIFA transfer confirmation logs, timestamps, and communication records.

Fraudulent chargebacks on successfully delivered tickets may be reported to relevant authorities and may result in being banned from future purchases.

📋 Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes arising from purchases made on TicketZone shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware. By purchasing from TicketZone you agree to these terms.

TicketZone is an independent reseller and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA or any official World Cup 2026 entity. FIFA has no involvement in or responsibility for TicketZone's refund policy.
