By completing a purchase on TicketZone, you agree to the following Terms of Sale. Please read them carefully. Last updated: January 2026.
TicketZone Inc. ("TicketZone," "we," "us," or "our") is an independent ticket reseller incorporated in Delaware, United States. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to FIFA, any national football federation, or any official World Cup 2026 organizing entity.
TicketZone operates as a secondary market reseller. Tickets listed on our platform may be priced above or below original face value based on market demand. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and include all fees unless otherwise stated.
2.1 Nature of Sale. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are sold as described on the listing page including match, section, row, and quantity. By completing checkout you confirm you have read and agree to these terms and our Refund Policy.
2.2 Price. Listed prices are per ticket and reflect secondary market rates. TicketZone's listed price is all-inclusive — no additional service fees are charged at checkout. Prices may exceed original face value.
2.3 Availability. Ticket availability is updated in real time. In the rare event that a ticket becomes unavailable after your purchase (e.g., due to a concurrent sale), TicketZone will contact you within 2 hours to arrange a comparable alternative or a full refund.
2.4 Quantity Limits. Standard checkout supports up to 4 tickets per transaction. For group orders of 5 or more, buyers must contact groups@ticketszone.online prior to purchase.
3.1 FIFA Transfer. All World Cup 2026 tickets are delivered via official FIFA Ticketing peer-to-peer transfer to the buyer's FIFA Ticketing account at tickets.fifa.com.
3.2 Buyer Responsibility. Buyers are responsible for providing accurate FIFA account details (full legal name and registered email) immediately after purchase. TicketZone is not liable for failed or delayed transfers caused by incorrect buyer-submitted details.
3.3 Transfer Timing. TicketZone will initiate the FIFA transfer within 2–6 business hours of receiving confirmed FIFA account details (for purchases made 7+ days before the match). See our How Transfer Works page for full timeline details.
3.4 FIFA Lock Window. FIFA locks tickets to accounts approximately 72 hours before kick-off. Buyers must accept transfers before this window. TicketZone is not responsible for buyers who fail to accept transfers within the available window.
3.5 Delivery Guarantee. If TicketZone fails to initiate a valid transfer within 24 hours of receiving confirmed FIFA account details, the buyer is entitled to a full refund.
4.1 Payment Method. All payments are processed via Domestic Wire Transfer or ACH bank transfer. TicketZone does not store your banking details on its servers.
4.2 Authorization. By submitting payment, you represent that you are the authorized holder of the payment method used, and you authorize TicketZone to charge the total amount shown at checkout.
4.3 Currency. All transactions are in US Dollars (USD). International buyers are responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by their bank or card issuer.
4.4 Failed Payments. If a payment fails, your order will not be processed and no charge will be made. Contact support@ticketszone.online if you experience repeated payment failures.
All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Sale by reference. Refunds are available only in specific circumstances including non-delivery by TicketZone and official match cancellation by FIFA.
By purchasing from TicketZone, you agree that you will:
Violation of these terms may result in cancellation of your order, forfeiture of your tickets, and being barred from future purchases.
TicketZone's total liability to any buyer for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the total amount paid by that buyer for the affected order.
TicketZone is not liable for: indirect or consequential losses; travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred in connection with attending a match; losses arising from match postponement or rescheduling by FIFA or venue operators; or any actions or omissions of FIFA, venue operators, or other third parties.
Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of processing your order, arranging your FIFA ticket transfer, and communicating with you about your purchase. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
We encourage buyers to contact us directly at support@ticketszone.online before initiating any legal proceedings. We are committed to resolving disputes quickly and fairly.
TicketZone reserves the right to update these Terms of Sale at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of TicketZone after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase govern that transaction.
